Atlas tracks v1.00.28. The official update feed does not publish a current best EXP stage or numerical EXP table, so this guide gives a test method instead of inventing a universal farm.
Build an EXP farm test in four steps
- Choose a stable candidate. Start from a stage you can already complete, rather than a hypothetical maximum.
- Run more than once. Record clear time, failures and attention needed across comparable attempts.
- Change one relevant input. Test a Rune route, role swap or gear choice against the same target.
- Keep the faster reliable loop. Re-test when a patch or progression change moves the wall.
What to record
| MEASURE | WHY IT MATTERS | DO NOT CONFUSE IT WITH |
|---|---|---|
| Average clear time | Shows whether a route actually saves a repeatable amount of time. | One unusually fast run. |
| Completion rate | Failed runs reduce the useful return of a higher stage. | The highest stage ever reached. |
| Attention cost | Shows whether the loop needs rescue or frequent input. | Pure damage on a target dummy. |
| Patch and setup | Makes the comparison repeatable after game changes. | An old route screenshot without conditions. |
What is confirmed, and what is not
The official Steam page confirms a progression structure with three Acts and four difficulty tiers. It does not, by itself, identify the best EXP stage for every player. A valid stage recommendation needs the current patch, access level, party, clear results and a clear definition of the reward being optimized.
Turn a farm result into the next upgrade
Source and update policy
Check the official Steam Community news feed before treating a saved result as current. When Atlas publishes a named farm route, it will show the patch, stage/difficulty, setup, measurement period and whether the evidence is official or player-tested.
EXP Farm FAQ
What is the best Task Bar Hero EXP farm?
There is no responsible one-line answer without your version, unlocked stages, build and completion rate. The best current farm is the fastest route you can finish reliably for the reward you need.
Should I always push the highest stage?
Only when it improves the repeatable result. If a higher stage adds failures or long clears, a lower stable route can produce better progress per session.
